Only endpoints that the official MCP Registry publishes are shown. Without a search, this page shows only DID.is's own server as an example; it never shows what other people searched for. Your search is sent to the official MCP Registry and is not stored by DID.is; the registry's answer is cached for up to 30 minutes (5 minutes when the registry answered slowly and only partial results are shown) so repeated searches stay fast. Server names and descriptions are the publishers' own text.
"Not inspected yet" means DID.is has no stored public check for that exact endpoint. A check proves which tools the server listed at that time, not that the server is safe.
